Abstract
The scattering of alpha particles from He4 has been studied for laboratory energies between 3.8 and 12 MeV. Ten angular distributions have been measured over this range of energies as well as excitation curves at the center-of-mass angles 30.6°, 40°, 54.8°, 70.2°, and 90°. A phase-shift analysis of these data has been made and is compared to previously published results.
