Detailed structure of the reactions in pp→π+π- and pp→K+K- from 0.7 to 2.4 GeV/c
Chicago
Abstract
Differential cross sections for the reactions pp→π+π- and pp→K+K- have been measured in the angular region 0.65≲|cosθc.m.|<1.0 at 13 momenta between 0.7 and 2.4 GeV/c. These cross sections have been combined with those of Fong et al. for |cosθc.m.|≲0.70 to give complete folded angular distributions. The data are consistent with resonances in the J=3 and J=5 states.
