Abstract
A coordinate-space method is developed to solve the three-dimensional time-dependent Hartree-Fock equations. It is applied to the study of 16O + 16O collisions at Elab=105 MeV for incident angular momenta from O to 40h. We find fusion for L=13h through 27h and highly inelastic scattering for L≤12h. NUCLEAR REACTIONS 16O(16O,x) in three-dimensional time-dependent Hartree-Fock approximation. Fusion and strongly damped collisions.
