Charge transfer rate constants for semiconductor/liquid contacts

Abstract
The purpose of this discussion is to provide a framework for analyzing interfacial charge transfer rate constants at semiconductor/liquid interfaces. A theoretical approach and preliminary experimental evidence to support this theory will be presented.
