Transient kinetics of nucleation

Abstract
A newly developed approach for solving the kinetic equation governing the cluster size distribution in the nucleation barrier region and beyond is outlined. New results obtained for the transient kinetics of nucleation and their experimental and theoretical implications are briefly reviewed.
