Measurement of the Dielectric Constant and Loss Tangent of Thallium Mixed Halide Crystals KRS-5 and KRS-6 at 95GHz
Abstract
We report mesurements of the dielectric constant and loss tangent of KRS-5 and KRS-6 at 95GHz. We describe the sample preparation and the waveguide techniques used, and compare our results with values available in the literature (at other frequencies) and a simple theoretical model.
