Abstract
The registrations of air waves confirm consequences drawn before from ear-observations. The results gained from the graphs show that the height in which velocity of sound and temperature begin to increase is not the same in all cases. Sometimes especially in winter and in spring it is as low as 20 kms. A simple method of calculation is given to find the sound-velocity in the stratosphere.
