Abstract
This book is a product of a lecture series given at the University of Michigan in 1965. Its objective is to deal with the molecularization of biology, and this at all levels, from molecules studied in and for themselves to the level of molecules studied as building blocks of organelles. The eight chapters, each apparently a lecture by a different lecturer, are uniformly excellent and uniformly highly informative.
