Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy Lanthanide shift reagents. Useful tools for study of conformational equilibria in solution?
Chicago
Abstract
Difficulties encountered in the use of lanthanide shift reagents for study of conformational equilibria of simple organic molecules in solution are reviewed. It seems clear that, despite these difficulties, significant conformational information is to be gained from the effect of these reagents on NMR chemical shifts.
