Abstract
The excitation function of the reaction N^(15)(p,ɑγ)C^(12) shows sharp resonances at proton bombarding energies of 429, 898, and 1210 kev. (3). In order to determine the spins and parities of the excited states of C^(12) and O^(16) involved in this reaction, we have measured the angular distributions of the gamma radiation from these three resonances.
