Poly[(3-bromopropyl)oxirane]: A Reactive Derivative of Polyethylene Oxide

Abstract

Polyethylene oxide (PEO) surfaces prepared by adsorption, by grafting or by crosslinking meet many of the requirements of materials to be used in the fabrication of nonthrombogenic artificial organs. This subject has been reviewed recently by Merrill and Salzman.
