Letter from the editor – issue 399/1–1 March 2015

Abstract

The onset of 2015 provides a unique opportunity to reflect on the events of the past year in the life of our journal, Developmental Biology. In 2014, we increased the numbers of Review Articles, and initiated several new types of papers, including Short Communications, Technical Reports, and Resources Articles. We also published several Special Issues on topics of interest to the community, and we have numerous others that are currently in the works.
