Poliovirus-Induced RNA Polymerase and the Effects of Virus-Specific Inhibitors on Its Production
Chicago
Abstract
In the last few years new experimental approaches have been found to the study of virus-specific biosynthesis in animal virus reproduction. This report describes recent results obtained in the study of the mechanism of action of two virus-specific inhibitors, and provides evidence which bears on the virus-specific nature of the virus-induced RNA polymerase.
