A method for analysis of DNA by annealing on a DNA cellulose column
Abstract
The use of the DNA cellulose column for the characterization of DNA strands complementary to those found in the minute DNA phages is described. The method is superior in yield and sensitivity to the standard membrane filter technique, and offers the potential for both qualitative analysis and larger scale isolation in these systems.
