Use of Nitrogen-15 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy in Natural-Product Chemistry

Abstract

The advantages and disadvantages of nitrogen-15 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in structural studies of natural products are discussed and illustrated by applications to specific examples drawn from aminohexoses, nucleosides, nucleotides, and enzymes.
